INVESTMENT THESIS: Transform the business and drive scale.
- Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial and business plans, providing analysis, insights, and specific guidance to the Board of Directors.
- Oversee the evaluation and due diligence process for potential acquisition targets, including financial and operational analysis, interrogation of assets and liabilities, financial modeling, and recommendations and reporting to the Board of Directors.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:
- Business Model: Services
- Functional: Top financial leader of a $100mm-$200mm services company OR number two financial leader within a larger enterprise responsible for $250mm-$1B in revenue
- Orientation: A mix of accounting and FP&A experience is preferred.
- Private Equity: Private Equity experience is preferred.
- M&A: M&A experience is preferred
- Tenure: 15 years of progressive career success
