Job Description :
Client is looking for a dedicated, motivated, detail-oriented Technical Project Manager for their delivery execution team to support development and delivery of client projects. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing customer engagements from onshore and leading the co-located teams to deliver project schedule, scope, quality, efficiency, resources throughout the software development life cycle. This role includes identifying and managing risks, issues, and change-requests also which are critical factors for delivery success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management :
o Project planning and management including scope, schedule, velocity, efficiency, quality.
o Create and manage detailed project plans for each milestone and releases
o Resource allocation, ensuring availability and capacity management
o Team members growth and trainings identification
o Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
o Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
o Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
o Report and escalate to management as needed.
o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
o Oversee quality assurance and ensure objectives are met.
o Planning and managing project budgets to ensure financial resources are used effectively; Budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial resources
o Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
o Ensure technical feasibility of projects.
o Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
o Applying learnings for future projects and sharing with delivery team for wider learning.
