Duties

- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and manage resources effectively.
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Prepare and review construction estimates to maintain budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand schematics and design specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes on the construction site.
- Supervise subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project status, changes, and any potential delays.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project coordination.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D software for site design is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of contracts related to construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
