Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the assembly and production processes. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment on the assembly line within a factory setting.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of production lines as needed.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including warehouse spaces.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance mechanical knowledge and skills related to manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with assembly line operations is an advantage.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to learn is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
