Summary
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of various heavy machinery on construction sites. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment including cranes, dump trucks, concrete mixers, and front loader trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to execute construction plans effectively.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed using various machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and project progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to heavy equipment operation.
- Two need to be finish grade on dozer
- Two need to be hold to grade on excavator
- Paying Montana prevailing wage
- Preferably as close as possible but project will pay per diem/lodging, if necessary
- Ability to operate various types of machinery including backhoes, roll-off trucks, and farm machinery is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
