Duties
- Maintain and repair mechanical systems and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
- Provide field service support, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machinery.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to diagnose issues effectively.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate assessments of machinery performance.
- Work with hydraulic systems, performing necessary repairs and adjustments.
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting as needed to resolve complex mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with the technical sales team to provide insights on customer needs and product enhancements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their equipment needs and service schedules.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
- Experience with welding techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for diagnostics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on detail-oriented work.
