Responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities and manage the workflow of the site team.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Utilize ProCore for project management tasks including scheduling and documentation.
- Oversee budgeting processes to ensure projects remain financially viable.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of work.
- Use Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration with team members.
- Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
- Coordinate with project managers to align site operations with overall project goals.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
- Strong budgeting skills to manage project financials effectively.
- Knowledge of quality control processes in construction projects.
- Experience in pipeline construction is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
