This position will be located in Eugene, OR .
The Fall Creek Human Resources Specialist will perform a variety of skilled human resources duties of moderate complexity in support of the HR Operations Manager, with a focus on Central Services HR programs.
Maintains the strictest confidentiality and discretion in the performance of job duties.
What you'll do at Fall Creek :
- Provides administrative and technical support to Central Services HR programs, with a primary focus on the Employee Experience, Onboarding, Global Mobility and Relocations, reporting, and employee data and data integrity.
- Supports employees and managers as a Super User for HR global systems, focusing on Employee data. Facilitates and supports end user training of global HR systems.
Writes related system SOPs.
Supports the Employee Experience program. In support of Regions and Functions, creates pulse surveys in multiple languages, tracks progress of Employee Experience Action Plans, and tracks progress with Company initiatives connected to same Experience survey.
Reports to leadership on results of surveys.
Supports the Onboarding program. Updates the global employee passport templates and ensures that the Learning Management System and related systems are in sync.
- Supports the Cultural Ambassador Program, including maintaining lists of current Cultural Ambassadors, works with regional HR to recommend new Ambassadors, conducts Cultural Ambassador training (as back-up), maintains and reports on the feedback surveys completed by Ambassadors, and communicates recommended program changes to leadership.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely Employee data.
- Maintains and reports regularly on HR metrics related to headcount, turnover, and other key metrics.
- Responsible for global mobility and relocation support for Central Services new hires and international transfers. Develops clear process and procedures for both global mobility and relocation.
- Provides support to HR Managers on Central Services HR programs and initiatives.
- Assures the highest level of confidentiality on sensitive matters.
What you bring to Fall Creek :
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires 3 years’ experience in a human resources role.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS or other HR systems experience, preferably SuccessFactors.
- Ability to communicate effectively using tact, courtesy, and good judgment while representing the Company in a positive manner.
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Highly proficient using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Certification in Office suite highly desired.
- Ability to prioritize work, follow through on a variety of requests and meet required deadlines.
- A ttention to detail and solid problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and to use good judgement in recognizing scope of authority.
- Regular and reliable attendance is expected.
