Coach - Assistant Girls Softball

Job Description

• Ability to train and motivate athletes to perform at a peak level.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other members of the coaching staff.
• Desire to help student athletes achieve success beyond high school.
• Assist Head Coach with all required paperwork.
  
  

Qualification

• High School Diploma; Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge in the fundamentals of the sport
• Coaching experience in the sport
• First Aid/CPR/A.E.D. Certification required.Must obtain MIAA coaching certification within one year of assignment.
• Ability to problem solve
• Good communication skills.
