Graphic Designer
Job Summar y : The graphic designerwill collaborate with the sales team and management to create multi-media materials that highlight our capabilities and ensure our brand stands out in a competitive market.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Marketing Collateral Design
Create high-quality brochures, flyers, and product sheets to highlight case packing solutions and technical specifications.
Design trade show materials, such as booth graphics, banners, and promotional items.
Manage and design adverts for packaging magazines in a timely manner.
Digital Content Creation
Develop engaging digital assets, including social media posts, website banners, and email templates, to promote products and industry events.
Design visuals for video demonstrations and tutorials that explain the functionality and advantages of our equipment.
Brand Management :
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
Refresh and update branding elements, including logos and typography, as needed.
Product Visualizations :
Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings or illustrations of case packing equipment for presentations and technical documentation.
Collaborate with engineers to visualize machine designs for promotional purposes.
Presentation Design :
Develop visually appealing slides and materials for client pitches, training sessions, and internal communications.
Collaboration and Feedback :
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align designs with business objectives and customer needs.
Incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams to refine and improve designs.
Industry Research and Trends :
Stay updated on packaging and manufacturing industry trends to create relevant and innovative designs.
Research competitor marketing strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities :
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of CAD software or 3D modeling tools is advantageous.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and optimization techniques for social media and websites.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple visuals.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or a related B2B industry.
Portfolio showcasing work on technical or industrial projects is a plus.
Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry preferred.
Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing for product demonstrations is preferred.
Understanding of UX / UI design principles preferred.
Physical Requirements :
Office-based role with opportunities to collaborate with teams on the production floor.
May require occasional travel to trade shows or customer sites to support marketing efforts. Less than 25%
