Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Our CNAs enjoy interacting with residents while engaging in the activities of daily living.

2. Assist residents with daily personal care routines such as showers, bathing, personal hygiene, etc.

3. Help residents prepare for and escort them to meals, activities, social programs, and appointments.

4. Assist residents with various other daily needs as necessary.

5. Thoroughly documents care provide and assistance need via facility EMR system POC / PCC throughout each shift.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications :

1. A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is preferred for this position.

2. Must have successfully completed a state approved nursing assistant program and successfully passed state test.

3. Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language.

4. Required to attend a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education programs provided by the center in order to maintain certification.
