Key Responsibilities
- Assist in various production areas, including packing, cultivation, substrate preparation, and lab work, as needed
- Follow detailed procedures to maintain efficiency, quality, and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, adhering to sanitation and compliance protocols
- Track inventory levels and report shortages to department Leads
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals
- Communicate any issues, such as contamination, equipment malfunctions, or inefficiencies, to department Leads

- Experience: General farm, production, or warehouse experience is sufficient. Previous experience in agriculture, food production, or a related field is a plus but not required.

- Meet department-specific daily and weekly production targets
- Maintain 100% compliance with cleanliness and sanitation protocols
- Assist in accurate tracking and reporting of materials and supplies
- Ensure production tasks meet quality and food safety standards
- Complete assigned tasks within designated time frames while maintaining quality
