We are hiring a FULL-TIME District Manager. We have high volume freight and a large customer base. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to work for a growing company, we want to hear from you!
This position will maintain our Sparks, NV stores. It will require regular travel to all of our Sparks/Reno locations.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 8:00am to 6:15pm occasional overtime
District Managers must be available during the above hours.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a multiple store locations and the teams at each location
- Oversee manager and team meetings
- Delegate tasks effectively
- Ability to resolve employee workplace issues
- Maintain clean work environment by sweeping, cleaning, and disposing of boxes and trash
- Coordinate truck shipments for locations
- Ensure freight is stocked appropriately
- Provide excellent customer service
- Stock and organize products
- Lift and move various products within the location, including to and from shelving units, shopping carts, and other areas
- Unload trucks/freight
- Approve paperwork
- Oversee interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Partnering with Human Resources to ensure a safe and effective working environment for all employees
- Maintaining legal and EPA compliance
- Following and enforcing company policy
- Hiting sales goals
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs
- Ability to drive a box truck (C Class)
- Work efficiently in a team environment
- Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use a forklift as needed
- Previous retail management experience required
- Excellent project management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30.00-60.00/hour [This positions is exempt] monthly auto stipend
Location: Multiple, Sparks store district
Work hours: Tuesday - Saturday 9:45am to 6:15pm plus occasional overtime
