Hanford - Customer Service Associate/Cashier/Stocker (Falling Prices)

Our Falling Prices store is a fast-paced, bin store with high volume freight and a large customer base.

ABOUT THE JOB:

A Falling Prices team member is an important part of the day-to-day functioning of the store. They are responsible for performing daily tasks that are assigned by the manager in an efficient and effective manner. It is important that the team member help maintain a safe and efficient work environment for fellow employees. They should also strive to provide a clean, pleasant, and safe shopping experience for all Falling Prices customers.

We are hiring FULL-TIME Store Associates/Cashier/Stockers at our Falling Prices store in Hanford, CA. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to work for a growing company, we want to hear from you!

Schedule: 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM Tuesday through Saturday occasional overtime

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately and efficiently operate POS system to process cash/card payments
• Maintain clean work environment by sweeping, cleaning, and disposing of boxes and trash
• Provide excellent customer service
• Stock and organize products
• Lift and move various products within the store, including to and from shelving units, shopping carts, and other areas
• Unload trucks/freight as directed by manager
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs
• Work efficiently in a team environment
• Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Pay: $17.00/hour

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00/hour
