RL Liquidators is hiring for an Assistant Manages for our "Falling Prices" store in Chino Valley.

Hours of operation are:
Falling Prices Shift: Tuesday - Saturday from 9:45am to 6:15pm occasional overtime.
Assistant manager will be required to be available during the above hours.
Duties:
Management of approximately 2 - 10 employees
Overseeing Team meetings
Delegating tasks to employees effectively and efficiently
Ability to fill in for employees as needed
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Ability to resolve customer relation issues
Ability to resolve employee workplace issues
Additional duties as needed
How to effectively enforce the Terms of Use to customers if conflict arises
How to encourage teamwork in the workforce
How to perform basic Computer skills
Previous retail management experience required.

Salary: $18.00-23.00/hr
