Responsibilities
As a Customer Account Manager, youll be at the heart of our agency, delivering exceptional service and contributing to our growth.
Office Management : Open and close the office daily, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Client Service : Handle all service-related tasks for clients, including billing inquiries, claims support, policy endorsements, and updates.
Sales to Walk-Ins : Assist walk-in prospects interested in new policies by identifying their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions, including auto, home, umbrella, life, and commercial policies.
Client Onboarding : Welcome and onboard new clients, thoroughly review their coverages, and ensure they understand their policies while identifying opportunities to bundle additional policies.
Referrals & Reviews : Proactively ask for customer and commercial referrals and secure positive Google reviews to enhance the agencys reputation.
Retention & Renewals : Proactively manage policy renewals to maintain industry-leading retention rates and address cancellations with re-quote options
Requirement
- Licenses Required : Must hold or be willing to obtain both a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license and a Life Insurance license before your start date.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Experience in customer service, account management, or insurance (preferred but not required).
- There will be an assessment emailed to you once you apply. You will NOT be considered unless the accessment is taken.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
