Job Summary
Fields customer calls and delivers exceptional customer service. Assist in the warehouse organization and staging. Assist and back-up Rental Manager with various office tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include (But not Limited to):
· Process customer rental requests, create and activate rental agreements, and return/invoice rental agreements.
· Assist in asset management of our short-term rental fleet, focusing on quality equipment and corporate profit guidelines
· Assist with scheduling transportation of new, used, rental, and service repair units
· Assist the Rental Manager is various office tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
