Job Description:
Perform all functions of kitchen and bath design and sales including client meeting, on-site visits, measuring and the preparation of designs, quotes, contracts, add/change orders, progress invoicing.
- Provide showroom coverage 2-3 days per week. Work from home office will be encouraged on days not in showroom.
- Set up appointments to greet new customers, explain our services and qualify. Arrange for in home measuring if applicable.
- Responsible for entire design and sales process. Design/engineer floor plans and/or elevations. Present design concepts and quotes. Assist with countertop selection and quote process. Develop contracts, compose Add/Change Orders when required and execute. Check time sensitive cabinetry acknowledgements. Assist with Coordination of delivery and installation schedule. Visit jobsite on day of installation commencement and be available by phone or in person for questions and concerns that arise (from customer or installer) during installation process.
- Assist with keeping showroom clean, organized and updated.
Experience:
- Must have at least four years in kitchen and bath design/sales with proven track record.
- Proficient in 2020, Chief Architect. Other CAD programs may be acceptable as well as hand drawings if accurate and presentable.
- Must be able to learn various e-ordering programs.
- Associates degree or above in related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of interior construction and remodeling along with knowledge of MA building codes is a huge plus.
