ESY Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Summer Program: July 7, 2025 - August 14, 2025
Schedule TBD, up to 10 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience in private, community, and public school setting is preferred
- Strong computer skills including experience with electronic data collection and graphing
- Detail oriented and a high level of proficiency and accuracy in all duties
- Ability to exercise discretion, work independently, and make on the spot decisions
- Ability to anticipate a problem or concern and direct others accordingly
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Such alternatives as the Superintendent of Schools may deem acceptable and appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- Work in concert with special education teachers, related services providers, teaching assistants, specialists, and administrative personnel to implement viable extended year direct and consultative occupational therapy services for special education students in accordance with their IEPs.
- Suggest and/or provide adaptive equipment necessary for independence in activities of daily living as appropriate.
- Complete progress reports, behavior support plans, communication logs, data sheets, and other data as required by local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Participate in staff meetings as needed, providing updates and advice to the team, including parents and guardians.
- Work collaboratively with the ESY Coordinator and colleagues to provide effective student support.
- Such other responsibilities may from time to time be assigned by the Director of Student Services and the Extended School Year Coordinator.
SALARY: In accordance with FEA contract.
