FRONT OF THE HOUSE MANAGER:
Falmouth Yacht Club (FYC) in Falmouth, MA has an opening for professional and mature Dining Room Servers. We completed a brand new renovation last year of our Member dining room, bar, and kitchen and look forward to our upcoming 2025 season. This position is seasonal from May - September and scheduling is flexible from 10 hours to a possible 50 hours on very busy weeks. FYC can be flexible as to what the potential candidate is looking for. Our busy season is from early May through late October. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys the hospitality business and has some fine dining experience.
Falmouth Yacht Club is a private, Member owned Club that has over 420 member families and their guests utilize their club every day. The Club offers Lunch & Dinner six days per week in season, and a much slower shoulder season during the fall and winter. The Club offers to its members a brand new bar and dining room, outside deck dining, function areas, and a private beach overlooking Falmouth harbor and the Vineyard sound.
This is a tipped position. You will be paid $6.75 per hour and will receive tips based on the tables that you serviced and tips will be paid on your paycheck every two weeks. During the busy season, tips range from $100-$300 per shift. For all checks there is an automatic 20% gratuity added.
