Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial service calls under minimal supervision
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous and professional manner
- Diagnose and perform services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
- Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and prevent premature breakdowns
- Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed
- Deliver and remove parts and equipment for service work
- Use a hand-held device to record customer call information and complete paperwork
- Communicate with dispatch and ensure accurate status reports
- Provide excellent customer service and promote products and services
- Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are properly maintained and accounted for
- Represent the company professionally and ethically in all business matters
- Follow standard procedures and processes
- Perform similar duties as assigned
- Regular, reliable attendance
Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities:
- Report any unsafe acts, conditions, or hazards to your supervisor immediately
- Correct substandard acts or conditions within your area of control
- Use personal protective equipment as prescribed by company programs
- Comply with general rules and operate devices or equipment as prescribed
- Participate in safety initiatives and report injuries or incidents
- Do not engage in pranks, contests, or rough behavior that may endanger others
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with additional training and 5 years of experience in HVAC
- Valid technical training certification required
- Hold all necessary licensing or certification for your geographical area
- EPA and safety certifications required
- Skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
- Proficient mechanical aptitude and able to operate all necessary tools and equipment
- Effective communication and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and maneuver in various environments
Annual Compensation Range: Minimum $64,812.8; Maximum $97,219.2
Salary : $130,000
