Duties
- Monitor guest activities and behavior to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the special event.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
- Maintain accurate records of inmate behavior and incidents through detailed report writing.
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of all individuals within the facility.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed to uphold security measures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in law enforcement is preferred.
- O-Key Certification.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Pay: $17.15 - $18.14 per hour
