Duties
- Monitor premises through regular patrols.
- Respond promptly to incidents, ensuring effective resolution.
- Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a visible presence.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to prevent loss or damage.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques as necessary.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the safety of individuals on-site.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or loss prevention is preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is advantageous.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and monitoring equipment is a plus.
- Experience in conflict management and crisis intervention techniques is beneficial.
- Military experience may be considered an asset.
