We're looking for a detail-oriented Apparel Production Coordinator to support the end-to-end production process for assigned products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. This is a critical role for someone who loves solving challenges, managing vendor relationships, and keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes to get great products into the hands of customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Own the Production Process : Help manage the full production lifecycle for assigned products, from purchase order issuance to final delivery.
- Vendor Management : Collaborate with domestic and international vendors to monitor production timelines, quality standards, and costs; escalate issues as needed.
- Track and Troubleshoot : Monitor production schedules, flag potential issues early, and work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that keep projects on track.
- Maintain Product Accuracy : Oversee production-related documentation—purchase orders (POs), tech packs, approvals, and shipping schedules—to ensure accuracy in Centric PLM.
- Quality Assurance : Partner with QA teams and vendors to confirm that products meet established quality standards; help resolve any production defects promptly.
- Cost Management : Support cost analyses and vendor negotiations, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with product development, merchandising, and logistics teams to align on timelines and deliverables.
- Vendor Compliance : Ensure all vendors meet ethical, operational, and quality compliance standards.

Please note that this position is onsite at 5553 Bandini Blvd, Bell, CA 90201. We anticipate transitioning to our new corporate office located in Beverly Hills, CA (90210) in Q4 of 2025. Candidates should be prepared to work at the Bell location until the move is finalized.
COMPENSATION
At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate's qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).
