FAM Brands is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner/Sourcer eager to learn the ins and outs of recruiting in the apparel industry. If you have 3–5 years of general TA experience and are ready to expand your skill set, we want you to join our dynamic team!

What You’ll Do

Talent Scout in Training

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and source qualified candidates for roles in design, product development, merchandising, and more.
  • Learn to recruit for roles unique to the apparel industry through hands-on training and mentorship.

Candidate Experience Advocate

  • Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Support flexible interview scheduling to accommodate both candidates and hiring teams, including occasional evening Zoom interviews.

Collaborator Extraordinaire

  • Work directly with hiring teams to understand their needs and deliver candidates aligned with our company culture and values.
  • Build relationships across departments to ensure smooth hiring processes.

Process Innovator

  • Contribute fresh ideas to improve recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and overall processes.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 3–5 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience. Prior apparel/fashion recruiting experience is not required—we’ll train you!
  • Growth Mindset: A genuine interest in learning about the apparel industry and developing your skills in sourcing and recruiting.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates and hiring teams effectively.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple roles and adjusting to a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

COMPENSATION At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).

Compensation Range: $35 USD - $45 USD
