Compensation :
119,500 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budgetContact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leadsHold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate marketBe the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful saleCompile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experienceManage leads, past clients, referrals, and sphere of influence to convert appointments to signed contracts at a high levelPractice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objectionsManage and grow personal database using CRM, organizing by groups and tags, following protocol for consistent digital, phone, and by-mail outreachManage sales pipeline using the team’s CRM and other tools to ensure outreach and follow-up are targeted, efficient, and consistentAlways act in the best interest of the client, skillfully negotiating each contract in order to achieve the best result possible for themAccurately track and report productivity and sales metricsInternalize and conversationalize evolving real estate trends in the local market identified by the team leaderObtain and maintain Indiana Real Estate license and MIBOR membership, and stay current on all associated dues / fees, as well as any continuing education requirementsKeep a clean and well-maintained vehicle, active driver’s license, and automobile liability insuranceUnderstand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage servicesQualifications :
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferredFamiliarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trendsMust have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car1 years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experienceHas superb interpersonal and communication skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional listening skillsHigh level of professionalism and integrity when interacting with leads, clients, sphere of influence, or other members of the team and brokerageExceptional telephone and interpersonal communication skills. High level of responsiveness and urgencyAbility to learn and internalize scripts and dialoguesStrong organizational and time management skillsResults-oriented and goal-driven, with a proven ability to succeedConfident, humble, grateful, and learning and growth-orientedTeam player who also thrives working independentlyDemonstrable record of sales success against quotas is preferredAbout Company
