Responsibilities :
Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lenderProvide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing marketArrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyersPrepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful closeSpeak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a homeStrategic Showcasing : Efficiently organize and conduct property showings, leveraging your market acumen to highlight each home's unique appeal. Your ability to bring out the best in each property will be instrumental in engaging potential buyers.Market Insight : Equip potential buyers with in-depth knowledge of the local housing market, ensuring they make informed decisions. Your expertise will guide them through the complexities of market trends, property values, and neighborhood dynamics.Lead Engagement : Proactively engage with pre-qualified leads, delving into their specific needs and preferences to identify properties that align with their aspirations. Qualifications :
Show a track record of real estate successAt least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experienceFamiliarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trendsValid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by carApplicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desiredRefined Qualifications :
