Responsibilities :

Develop strong relationships with sellers, guiding them through the entire home-selling process from consultation to closing.

Proactively follow up with leads and manage the client pipeline using our CRM system and provided tools.

Conduct property showings, participate in open houses, and offer expert guidance on market trends and property values.

Collaborate closely with the inside sales and support teams to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional client experiences.

Negotiate offers on behalf of clients, always prioritizing their best interests and aligning with their goals.

Maintain consistent communication with clients, delivering ongoing market updates through newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels.

Qualifications :
