Your Role as a Buyer’s Specialist

Work closely with buyers to understand their goals, preferences, and needs

Conduct property showings, providing expert insights on market trends and opportunities

Negotiate and draft offers to secure the best deals for your clients

Stay up to date on San Clemente’s coastal real estate market to provide clients with a competitive edge

Build and maintain lasting client relationships, generating referrals and repeat business

Active California Real Estate License

Proven success as a Buyer’s Agent or similar role

Compensation :

122,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities :

Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget

Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience

Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market

Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close

Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads

Qualifications :

Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

1 years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience

Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry

Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred

Show a track record of real estate success
