Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and condition of outgoing orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or other tools as needed (training provided).
- Assist with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to achieve daily goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
