Famicos Foundation is searching for a part-time (24 hours a week) Eligibility Specialist to initiate and maintain applicant and resident files as needed, related to HUD, low-income tax credit, and Market Rate Housing. The Eligibility Specialist position takes the lead role in processing Housing Applications and Resident Recertifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain occupancy and program compliance for multiple affordable housing programs by receiving and processing applications according to company guidelines, and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Interact with current and prospective residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
- Conduct various administrative and office support tasks as necessary.
- Perform all duties while generating interest and enthusiasm for the organization by creating an exceptional customer experience.
