Compensation Package
- Average annual earnings: $250,000-$550,000 (including new graduates)
- Daily minimum guarantee
- Percentage of production paid on everything including X-rays: 30-35%
- Two weeks paid vacation time in the first year, increasing over time
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Dentist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality dental care to patients
- Creating dental treatment plans and coordinating oral health care during patient consultations
- Ensuring treatment plans are reviewed with each family and receiving informed consents for treatment services
- Delivering quality dental care to every patient
- Repairing decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extracting teeth, and restoring edentulous areas
- Adhering to federal and government regulations, including state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA and OSHA regulations
- Providing leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment
Salary : $250,000 - $550,000
