Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional dental care to patients, including routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, and restorative treatments.
- Create personalized treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
- Ensure informed consent and review treatment plans with patients and their families.
- Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques and restore edentulous areas.
- Adhere to federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.

- Average earning potential $250,000-$550,000 (including new graduates)
- Daily minimum guarantee
- 30-35% of production paid on everything, including X-rays
