SUMMARY OF COMPENSATION (Full time):
- Average earning potential $250,000-$400,000 (Including New Graduates!).
- $1,500 - $1,800 per day.
- New case start bonus.
- Sign-on bonus of $10,000 .
- Two weeks paid vacation time in your first year that increases over time.

REQUIREMENTS:
- DDS/DMD from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited postgraduate Orthodontic program (or pending certificate completion).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients.
- Perform patient examinations and diagnosis.
- Develop and present customized treatment plans for each patient.
- Place and adjust orthodontic appliances and monitor progress of treatment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, guardians, and other dental professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up to date patient records.
- Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA and OSHA regulations.
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
- Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment.
