SUMMARY OF COMPENSATION (Full time):

• Average earning potential $250,000-$400,000 (Including New Graduates!).
• $1,500 - $1,800 per day.
• New case start bonus.
• Sign-on bonus of $10,000 .
• Two weeks paid vacation time in your first year that increases over time.

• $2,000 Continuing education allowance per year

REQUIREMENTS:

• DDS/DMD from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited postgraduate Orthodontic program (or pending certificate completion).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients.
• Perform patient examinations and diagnosis.
• Develop and present customized treatment plans for each patient.
• Place and adjust orthodontic appliances and monitor progress of treatment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, guardians, and other dental professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up to date patient records.
• Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA and OSHA regulations.
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
• Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment.
