Families and Youth Innovation Plus is looking for a Success Coach for the Substance Abuse Intervention Programs (Juvenile Treatment Court and Family Treatment Court) to join our team. The Success Coach (Case Manager) provides specialized case management services and group life skills to meet individual participant needs. They also create programs to benefit participants and educate participants on available community resources. The JTC/FTC Success Coach attends pre-court staffing and court every other week to provide updates, make treatment recommendations, and to provide support to and advocacy for the participants.

Families and Youth Innovation Plus is looking for a Success Coach for the Substance Abuse Intervention Programs (Juvenile Treatment Court and Family Treatment Court) to join our team. What You'll Do
- Coordinate services between providers and clients
- Provide youth case management and skill-building
- Maintain records and complete intake documentation
- Conduct field visits and facilitate youth activities
- Attend community meetings relevant to program and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Family and Consumer Sciences, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Sociology, or Criminology from an accredited College or University.
- Two (2) years' experience working with at risk youth or children in an educational, behavioral health, or similar setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exhibit skills in comprehending, interpreting, and completing delegated tasks efficiently

- Non-traditional hours up to 6 days a month (for treatment court and after school life skills group. Hours for those days will be adjusted to 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with additional flexibility as needed
