Therapist (Flexible Schedule)
Job Type: Contract and Employed opportunities available
Families and Youth Innovation Plus (FYI ) - proudly New Mexico's first Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Implementation Grant site - is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist (Contract or Employment) with a flexible schedule to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapy services to children, adolescents, adult individuals, couples, and families and have a focused emphasis on serving from a Community Health lens. The ideal candidate will also have a deep-rooted understanding of treating participants from a trauma-responsive lens. The Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions to clients in a supportive and professional manner. This position will have various work schedules to choose from that cover extended hours including evenings and weekends.
As the first CCBHC Implementation Grant site in New Mexico, FYI is at the forefront of transforming behavioral health care in our state. Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' needs and goals

Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings

Provide therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based practices

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Stay current on best practices and trends in therapy

Contribute to the ongoing development and success of New Mexico's first CCBHC Implementation Grant site
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field

License in the State of New Mexico LISW, LMSW, LPCC, LMHC or LMFT or LADAC in the state of New Mexico

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends with a choice of a regular schedule
