About the Role
As an X-Ray Technician at Families First, you'll be a key part of our team, delivering the highest standard of care while helping children and families feel comfortable during their visits. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing diagnostic X-rays with precision and care
- Preparing patients for physician consultations, ensuring they feel informed and at ease
- Applying splints or braces as needed
- Administering injections as required by physicians
- Keeping families updated on wait times and visit expectations
- Communicating patient needs and concerns to the medical team
- Assisting with other tasks as directed by physicians or practice managers
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented X-ray Technician who is ready to bring both their technical skills and passion for patient care to the job. To be considered, you should have:
- Graduation from an accredited Radiology Technologist Program (ARRT)
- Current Radiologic Technologist licensure in Utah (DOPL)
- A strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry software
- Flexibility to adjust your schedule in line with patient and provider needs
