Are you a licensed mental health professional passionate about leading and supporting a clinical team? We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee daily clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role collaborates with staff, department leaders, school administrators, and community partners to maintain service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical employees and independent contractors in outpatient and school-based settings.
- Conduct performance reviews to support staff development and job satisfaction.
- Assign clients to appropriately credentialed staff based on qualifications and service needs.
- Monitor compliance and service quality using electronic medical records (EMR) reporting.
- Ensure daily on-site availability or arrange appropriate coverage.
- Collaborate with medical, clinical, and school-based teams to promote an interdisciplinary approach.
- Participate in staff meetings, hiring decisions, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services provided.
- Lead regular clinic meetings and attend monthly Clinical Supervisor meetings.
- Represent the organization in the community to build partnerships and promote services.
- Provide direct mental health services, including intake assessments, individual and family therapy, group sessions, and crisis interventions as needed.
- Assist in clinic growth and improvement by leveraging internal resources.
School-Based Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the organization and school staff, fostering strong relationships.
- Communicate with local, regional, and state education officials to assess service needs.
- Maintain partnerships with schools receiving services.
- Promote school-based services to new and existing schools.
- Attend school meetings and provide ongoing support to school-based staff.
Qualifications
Education:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Licensed as a Mental Health Professional in the State of Arkansas.
Experience:
- Minimum two (2) years as a practicing Mental Health Provider.
Skills & Requirements:
