Job Title: Office Clerk (Bilingual Spanish Required)
Salary: $21-$24 per hour
Location: Westminster
Openings: 1) Position Available
Position Purpose: Office clerk is responsible for checking patients in, scheduling patients, verifying insurance, and answering phones.
Core Duties and responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
1. Properly schedule all procedures based on patient needs in accordance with scheduling policies and procedures.
2. Performs administrative / clerical duties as needed.
3. Communicates appointment details to patients.
4. Greets patients
5. Maintain excellent relationships with the Technologists
6. Perform other duties as assigned
7. Checks patients into the system.
8. Verifies insurance.
9. Answer phones.

Education and Training:
1. High School Diploma (college preferred)
2. Bilingual: Spanish (Required)
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
1. Must be patient
2. Must excel in multitasking within a high-paced environment.
3. Strong computer skills, acute attention to detail, confident and professional communication.
4. Responsiveness to the needs of both internal/external stakeholders in a professional and personable manner are expected.
5. Medical scheduling experience (preferred)
6. Radiology office experience a plus!
