Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of work experience with adolescents
- Eligibility under current PA legal and regulatory requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances are required for this position and will be paid for by the agency
Pay & Perks:

Responsibilities:
- Follow guidance from the Residential Home Supervisor on shift
- Monitor and engage with residents to ensure compliance with program requirements
- Ensure residents receive weekly allowance money
- Administer resident medications, according to agency policies and procedures
- Meet with direct supervisor consistently for supervision sessions
- Meet on-call requirements
- Schedule may include working holidays. Applicants might be asked to work a different shift as well as potential weekends
- Complete other duties as assigned that are relative to the position

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safety and maintain the standard of care appropriate for this position. Ability to physically respond to residents who are engaging in unsafe behavior.
