Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in the human service field
- Valid PA Driver’s License
- PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, PA FBI Clearance

Responsibilities:
- Introduce families to resource parenting and the policies and practices
- Ensure that all regulatory, and agency, requirements are met by resource families.
- Manage monthly advertising to recruit families by the needs of the program office.
- Attend community events to share and educate constituents of the agency’s purpose as well as recruit for prospective resource families.
- Assure that all necessary measures are taken in preparing and supporting a resource family to provide for the safety and welfare of a child or children as would a parent.
- Attend required meetings, conferences, trainings, and other agency functions, as required.
- Manage work time appropriately, be punctual for appointments, and complete assignments and reports on time.
