Job description
Assist Family Services Specialist and/or Intervention Specialist to achieve identified family goals for safety, permanency, and well-being as specified within the Family Centered Services and DHHS case plan.
Responsibilities
- Supports the FSS and/or IS to ensure families can receive the required level of support and resources.
- Work with families to successfully resolve barriers to safely have their children returned to their care.
- providing opportunities for children to visit/interact with their parent(s) and/or siblings.
- Transports clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Provides services in accordance with contract expectations for frequency and duration.
- Completes service documentation in accordance with FAC expectations as outlined in policy.
