Position Overview: A Full-Time Teller is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing a variety of financial transactions. This role involves handling cash, processing deposits and withdrawals, payments, and promoting credit union products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their banking needs.
- Transaction Processing: Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately.
- Cash Handling: Count and manage cash, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Account Management: Open new accounts and assist with account-related inquiries.
- Product Promotion: Inform customers about credit union products and services, such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly.
- Compliance: Follow credit union policies and procedures to ensure ethical and secure banking practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
