Duties
- Greet patients via phone call and assist with the completion of necessary intake forms.
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details, medical history, and consent forms.
- Process incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and patient information.
- Collaborate with marketers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- File documents accurately in both electronic and physical formats, adhering to organizational policies.
- Recruit and hire caregivers.
