Position Summary :
As an MST-SA (substance abuse) Clinician, you’ll work with a small caseload of 5 families, delivering evidence-based therapy directly in their homes and communities. You’ll receive intensive training and ongoing supervision to implement MST effectively, combining techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems theory, and more. You’ll play a vital role in helping families build the skills they need to overcome challenges and thrive.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide intensive, community-based therapy to families in various settings.
- Deliver 3–5 months of evidence-based interventions for each family, meeting model fidelity requirements.
- Conduct thorough assessments to inform treatment strategies addressing antisocial behaviors, substance use, and family dynamics.
Qualifications :
At least one year of post-graduate experience.
