Family & Children’s Agency (FCA) is a nonprofit human service organization that is committed to increasing the social and emotional well-being of our clients – people throughout Fairfield County. Location : Bridgeport and Norwalk, CT Area
Position Summary :
As an IFP (Intensive Family Preservation) Worker, you will provide intensive, strength-based support in the families homes. Responsibilities include offering case management, parent education, advocacy, and clinical support, while collaborating closely with DCF. You will assess family needs, develop service plans, deliver goal-directed services, and connect families with community resources.

- Domestic violence
- Mental health concerns
- Poverty
- Cultural conflicts
- Parenting limitations
