Program Coordinator- Children’s Mental Health

This position requires and Master's Degree and Licensure in Social Work, Mental Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Creative Arts Therapy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Children’s Mental Health Division – CFTSS Program to ensure quality service delivery.
- Lead the hiring process by screening and interviewing candidates to build a strong, passionate team that supports children’s mental health.
- Oversee assignments and service capacity to ensure children and families receive the mental health services they need.
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for your team.
- Track and monitor all data/information required by the state.
- Assist with state reports and audits.
- Monitor data, ensure compliance with state regulations, and work closely with external entities.
- Attend state meetings and collaborate with internal and external partners to improve access to care.
- Carry a small caseload.
Qualifications
- Passion for helping children & families
- LMSW, LMFT, LCAT, or LMHC is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Services.
- Strong leadership & organizational skills
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & electronic health records.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record required.
Compensation Information
- FCA’s framework, culture, and values reflect the competitive compensation range. Individual pay decisions will vary based on skills and experience while still allowing for growth.
Additional Information
- $64,350 - $66,500 annually
- Schedule: (M-F), evening and weekend hours, as needed
- This role is full-time (35 hours/week), Exempt
