Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and experienced Lead Caregiver to join our team. As the Lead Caregiver, you will be responsible for being the opening caregiver on new cases and ensuring seamless transitions into care. In this role, you will be the first caregiver for new clients and families, making a lasting impression of our company’s commitment to reliability, compassionate care, and excellence. Your ability to build positive relationships from the start will be key to ensuring client satisfaction and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clients and families with the first impression of our agency, highlighting our commitment to reliable, high-quality care.
- Develop positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Provide hands-on care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- A reliable form of transportation to travel to clients homes is a MUST.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass criminal background screening- no theft or violent crimes in the past 7 years.
- Must be able to communicate in the English language.
- Must have good listening skills.
- Must love helping seniors and those in need.
- Must have a reliable means of arriving to your scheduled shifts on time.
