Our agency is looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) that is passionate about working with children with autism and related disorders. We deliver behavioral therapy services in conjunction with mental health to the following settings : Community- based, school, telehealth, and directly In- Home. Candidates must hold and maintain current certifications as a BCaBA as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Job Requirements :
Must speak English and Spanish (Creole is a plus).
Ready to begin immediately.
Provider MUST have NPI number.
Must have active Medicaid Provider ID.
Bachelor's degree in applied Behavior Analysis.
Fingerprint level 2, background and local police record check.
Preferred 2 years' experience in field.
Active BCaBA certification issued by the BACB.
Must have a valid form of transportation.
Responsibilities :
Create an ongoing data collection system to establish baseline and programmatic efficacy for all consumers.
Assist Lead Analyst to develop and implement parent training, protocol modification and support program.
Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, to conduct functional assessments and develop appropriate behavior strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
Monitoring progress through continues data analysis, and programming modification.
Provide supervision and training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's).
Great leadership skills.
Great written and oral communication.
Responsibilities and duties :
Assist Lead Analyst to Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Reassessment every 6 months.
Respond for documenting written case / progress notes / related clinical documents.
Develop and maintain client records in a timely manner and in accordance with Family Behavioral Services Policy and Procedures, Medicaid.
Communicate with school, psychiatrist, pediatrician, and other professionals working with the persons’ served case.
Attend weekly clinical supervision by BCBA Supervisor.
Attend mandatory staff meetings, group supervision, etc.
Monitoring progress through continues data analysis, and programming modification.
Analyze data on a frequent and ongoing basis to guide programming.
The BCaBA should be able to provide supervision (review data and RBT progress notes on the case).
BCaBA can work with a variety of clients of different ages.
