Martial Arts Floor Lead

Job Description:

-       Able to lead classes in basic martial arts for children

-       Will be expected to develop relationships with not only the students, but also their parents and/or guardians

-       Must memorize and deliver large amounts of course work in class and specific scripted language outside of class for our customers

-       Data entry and stats tracking

-       Making sales and establishing contracts with new and continuing students

-       Maintain the facilities (cleaning, organizing, opening and closing duties)

Requirements:

-       Willing to learn martial arts

-       Punctual

-       Customer Service experience

-       Solid communication skills

-       Ability to maintain good relationships with customers

-       Ability to adapt to a flexible work environment

-       Ability to memorize scripts for our programs and out-of-class procedures

-       Open availability for a full time schedule

-       Works well under pressure

-       Comfortable answer phones

-       Can be professional no matter the situation

-       Must be available for occasional weekend shifts for events and classes

-       Fully able to abide by our company policies
